Your Job Board Category, location and contract type become the Category, Location and Work Type filters, and an option only shows while a live job uses it.
Show your Atlas jobs on your WordPress website with the Refari job board. Public Atlas projects appear on your careers page, and every application, registration and referral goes back into Atlas.

The Refari job board is a block of plain JavaScript that runs in your WordPress page, not in a frame. In Elementor, drag an HTML element onto your jobs page and paste the code into it. In the block editor, add a Custom HTML block. Divi, WPBakery and Beaver Builder each have a code or HTML module that does the same job.
The video shows Refari widgets being installed on a WordPress site. Once the board is in place, your public Atlas projects fill it by themselves, in the colours and layout you chose before you copied the code.
The Refari job board brings more than a list of jobs to WordPress. Here is what comes with it, all fed by the projects you already manage in Atlas.
Your Job Board Category, location and contract type become the Category, Location and Work Type filters, and an option only shows while a live job uses it.
Add registration forms, testimonials, team profiles and referral widgets to any WordPress page, each pasted the same way as the job board.
Candidates choose the kinds of roles they want, and Refari emails them when a matching Atlas project goes live on your board.
The Atlas project owner is the advert’s recruiter, shown with a photo once they have one on their Refari profile, and the job is listed under them in Meet the Team.
Tick your Atlas placement stage in TopRec and placed candidates are asked for feedback, with five-star reviewers sent to your Google review page.
Refari builds a feed for each job site from your live Atlas jobs. Once Indeed or Jora accepts your feed link, new roles reach it without reposting.
Recruitment websites Refari has built, each with a live job board and applications that go straight into the agency’s ATS.

Answers to the questions Atlas users ask most before they put the Refari job board on a WordPress site.
On a page of its own, such as /jobs/ or /careers/, because each job opens on that page. In Elementor, drag an HTML element onto the page and paste the code into it. In the block editor, add a Custom HTML block. Divi, WPBakery and Beaver Builder each have a code or HTML module that does the same job.
No. The job board is one block of code that you copy from the Widgets section of your Refari dashboard and paste into the page. It fills itself from Atlas, so nobody edits WordPress when a role opens or closes.
Yes, with one condition on WordPress.com: its Custom HTML block accepts script tags only on a paid plan with hosting features activated. A self-hosted WordPress site has no such plan condition.
Refari checks Atlas for new and changed projects about every 10 minutes, so allow 10 to 12 minutes after you save the project. A full check of every project also runs every 6 hours as a safety net.
A project is advertised only when it is active, has Public Job Advert switched on, and has a title, an owner with an email address, a category, a location and a contract type. A missing Job Board Category is the most common cause.
An application with a CV arrives as an applicant under Sourcing then Applicants, linked to the matching project and waiting for approval. A registration creates or updates a person, and a referral arrives as a person with the referral details in a note.
If a plugin that delays or combines JavaScript stops the board from loading, add the Refari widget script to that plugin’s exclusions and the board loads as normal.
Not through the job board widget. Google for Jobs needs every job on a crawlable page of its own, which is what a website Refari builds on Refari Websites 2.0 gives each Atlas job. On WordPress, Refari’s job feeds can still take your roles to Indeed and Jora.
Yes. Refari widgets are not tied to a domain, so the job board works on a staging or development address straight away. Test applications with a personal email address rather than a recruiter’s work address, which may already belong to an Atlas user.
