Confidential Searches Stay Private
Refari advertises a project only after someone switches Public Job Advert on, so a confidential search never reaches your Webflow site or a job feed.
Bring your public Atlas projects onto your Webflow site as a searchable Refari job board, with every candidate who applies, registers or is referred sent back to Atlas.

In the Webflow Designer, open your jobs page, drag a Code Embed element from the Add panel to where the board should sit, paste the code from your Refari dashboard, then save and close the element. Publish the site to see the board working: Code Embed places the code straight into the page rather than in a frame, which the board needs to open jobs and run its forms.
Give the element the full width of its section and leave its height unset, because the board grows with the number of jobs. Code Embed needs a paid Webflow Site plan or a paid Workspace plan. The video shows Refari widgets being installed on a Webflow site.
Each of these runs from the same Atlas projects as your job board, so your Webflow pages stay current without anyone editing them.

Refer a Friend sits on every job. The referred person reaches Atlas with a note naming the referrer, the job and when the ownership period ends.
Refari reads the range and pay period from the Atlas salary text, and only shows a salary on the advert when it is sure of the figures.
A Company Admin can run several job boards, each including or excluding categories, locations or work types, such as an engineering board on an engineering page.
Set the work mode on an Atlas project and the advert ends with a Work mode line: Office based, Hybrid or Remote.
Choose the board’s colours and layout in the Widgets section before you copy the code, so it matches your Webflow design from the day it goes live.
Recruitment websites Refari has built, each with a live job board and applications that go straight into the agency’s ATS.

See the Refari job board inside a Webflow page, and ask how your Atlas projects, categories and recruiters would look on yours.

A Code Embed element. In the Designer, drag one from the Add panel onto your jobs page, paste the Refari code, save and close it, then publish. Code Embed puts the code into the page itself, so jobs open and forms submit as they should.
Code Embed needs a paid Webflow Site plan or a paid Workspace plan, so check yours before you add the board.
No. The job board shows your Atlas jobs as a live widget on the page and reads them from Refari, so there are no CMS items to create or keep up to date.
Webflow shows a placeholder for script code on the canvas. The board runs when you preview or publish the site.
Active projects with Public Job Advert switched on, as long as each has a job title, an owner with an email address, a category, a location and a contract type. Public Job Advert is off by default, which keeps confidential searches off your site.
Edit the project in Atlas and save it, and the advert updates on Refari’s next check, about every 10 minutes. Allow 10 to 12 minutes in practice.
Switch Public Job Advert off or close the project in Atlas, and the advert leaves your board within about 10 to 12 minutes. A deleted project can take up to six hours to clear, so switch it off or close it first.
No. A widget on a Webflow page does not give each job a page of its own, and Google for Jobs reads job pages. That comes with a Refari-built website. On Webflow the board still shows your Atlas jobs, and feeds reach sites such as Indeed and Jora.
No. The same embed code works on the new site. Keep your job board page at the same address, or redirect the old one, and update the Base URL under Settings, Job Board Settings so new job links point at the new page.
