What does the Atlas and Refari integration do?
It connects Atlas, your applicant tracking system, to your Refari job board. Public Atlas projects publish to your website, applications, registrations and referrals go back into Atlas, and candidate project stages come back to Refari.
How do I connect Atlas to Refari?
An Atlas account admin creates an API key in Company Settings and pastes it into the connection link Refari sends you. You also add one Project custom attribute called Job Board Category. There are no webhooks to set up in Atlas.
How long does it take for an Atlas job to appear on my website?
Refari checks Atlas for new and changed projects about every 10 minutes, so allow 10 to 12 minutes after you save a project. A full check of every project also runs every 6 hours as a safety net.
Does every active Atlas project go on my job board?
No. A project must be active, have Public Job Advert switched on, and have a job title, an owner with an email address, a category, a location and a contract type. Confidential searches stay off your website.
Where do applications from my website appear in Atlas?
An application with a CV arrives as an applicant under Sourcing then Applicants, linked to the matching project and ready to approve. An application without a CV adds the person straight to the project’s candidate pipeline.
What happens to registrations and referrals?
A registration creates or updates a person in Atlas, with their CV attached when they supply one. A referral creates or matches a person and adds the referral details as a note, while referral attribution and rewards stay in Refari.
Do candidate stages come back from Atlas?
Yes. Refari checks Atlas for candidate stage changes about every 10 minutes and records the project stage against the application, so referral tracking stays up to date and TopRec can ask placed candidates for a review.
Can I request Google reviews when I place a candidate in Atlas?
Yes. Tick your Atlas placement stage in TopRec triggers and add your Google review link. Each candidate who reaches that stage is asked for feedback, and five-star candidates are guided to your Google review page.
Will my Atlas jobs appear in Google for Jobs?
Google for Jobs comes with a website built by Refari, where every Atlas job gets its own page with the structured data Google reads. A Refari job board on a website you manage yourself shows your jobs and feeds job sites such as Indeed and Jora, but Google for Jobs is not part of it.
How do my Atlas jobs reach Indeed and Jora?
Refari builds a job feed for each major job search engine from your live jobs. Copy the feed link from Tools, XML Feeds in your Refari dashboard and send it to Indeed or Jora. Once a site accepts your feed, new Atlas jobs reach it automatically.
