Why Run Seven20 Jobs on WordPress With Refari

Seven20 is a recruitment CRM and ATS built on Salesforce. Seven20 built its integration with Refari on Refari’s API, so there is nothing to install: Refari Support switches it on with you and Seven20, and your jobs start arriving on your Refari job board.

On WordPress, that board sits on your own careers page. Candidates search, filter and apply on your site, their applications and registrations go to Seven20, and the jobs themselves stay managed in Seven20, which sends changes and closures to Refari the same way as new roles.

Seven20 Integration

Seven20 and WordPress: What Goes Where

  • Jobs: Seven20 sends them to Refari
  • Changes and closures: sent from Seven20 the same way
  • Applications: sent from Refari to Seven20
  • Registrations: a new candidate in Seven20
  • Referrals: kept, tracked and rewarded in Refari
  • Candidate stages: not sent back to Refari

Install the Board in the WordPress Editor You Use

Copy the job board code with COPY ALL in the Widgets section of your Refari dashboard. In the block editor, paste it into a Custom HTML block; in Elementor, into an HTML element; in Divi, WPBakery or Beaver Builder, into the builder’s code or HTML module. Give the board a page of its own, such as /careers/, because each job opens on that page.

The block holds a loader, a container and your settings, and works as one piece. If a performance plugin delays or combines JavaScript and the board does not load, add the Refari script to that plugin’s exclusions. In the video, Refari widgets are installed on a WordPress site.

Seven20 sends jobs to Refari, Refari shows them in a job board on your WordPress page, and applications go back to Seven20

Switching It On: Seven20 and WordPress

There is no API work on your side. Refari Support and Seven20 handle the connection, and you handle one paste in WordPress.

  • Tell Refari Support you use Seven20
  • Refari sets up the connection with you and Seven20
  • Paste the job board code into your WordPress careers page
  • Check that your Seven20 jobs appear on the board
  • Send a test application and look for it in Seven20

What Seven20 Users Get on a WordPress Careers Page

Once Seven20 jobs are in Refari, the Refari side works as it does with any ATS. These are the parts candidates use on your WordPress site.

Search and Category Filters

Each Seven20 job carries a category, a work type and a location, which become the filters candidates use to narrow your board.

40+ Widgets for WordPress

Job boards, registration forms, testimonials and team profiles, each added to a WordPress page with the same copy and paste.

Job Alerts

Candidates choose the roles they care about, and Refari emails them when a matching Seven20 job goes live on your board.

Screening Questions

When Seven20 sends screening questions with a job, they appear on the advert, along with any salary, summary and full description.

Referrals Managed in Refari

Refer a Friend sits on every advert. Referrals stay in Refari, where you follow each one up, track its progress and reward the referrer.

Feeds to Indeed and Jora

Refari builds job feeds from your live Seven20 jobs, so once Indeed or Jora accepts a feed, your roles reach it without posting them one by one.

Seven20 WordPress Integration FAQs

Answers for Seven20 users adding the Refari job board to a WordPress website.

Does Seven20 have a job board integration with Refari?

Yes. Seven20 built it on Refari’s API. Seven20 sends your jobs to Refari, which advertises them on the job board on your WordPress site, and Refari sends applications and registrations back to Seven20.

How do I switch on the Seven20 integration?

Contact Refari Support and tell us you use Seven20. We set up the connection with you and Seven20, so there is nothing for you to install.

Where does the job board go in WordPress?

On a page of its own, in a Custom HTML block in the block editor or an HTML element in Elementor. Divi, WPBakery and Beaver Builder each have a code or HTML module for it.

Who on our team can paste the code into WordPress?

WordPress lets a user add script code only if their role has the unfiltered_html capability, which administrators and editors have on a single site. Anyone with a lower role should ask one of them to add the board.

Why is a Seven20 job not on my WordPress site?

Refari accepts a job only when it has a title, a category, a work type, at least one location, a recruiter and a closing date. A job with a future posted date appears on that date, and a job marked internal shows only on your internal job board.

Do referrals from my WordPress site go into Seven20?

No. Referrals stay in Refari, where you can track each one and reward the referrer. Applications and registrations do go to Seven20.

Can a placement in Seven20 trigger a Google review request?

Not automatically, because Refari does not read candidate stages back from Seven20. You can still ask a placed candidate yourself with Request a Testimonial in your Refari dashboard.

Will my Seven20 jobs reach Google for Jobs from WordPress?

Not from WordPress. Google for Jobs is included when Refari builds your website, because each job then gets its own page and is reported to Google. With the board on WordPress, your Seven20 jobs can still reach Indeed and Jora through Refari’s feeds.
