How do Refari widgets go onto a Wix site?
Refari widgets need to run in the page itself, so on Wix they go in a Custom Element or in Wix’s Custom Code settings, both of which need a Premium plan with a connected domain. Avoid Wix’s Embed HTML element: it runs the code in a frame, which breaks forms and job links. Refari Support can help you set it up.
What goes wrong with Wix’s Embed HTML element?
It runs the code inside a frame. Registration and application forms then show an invalid domain error, job pages do not open and filters seem to do nothing, because the board depends on the address of the page it sits on.
Does Seven20 need anything installed?
No. Seven20 built the integration on Refari’s API. Contact Refari Support, tell us you use Seven20, and we set it up with you and Seven20.
Why doesn’t the board behave in the Wix Editor?
In the Editor and in preview, Wix draws a Custom Element inside a frame, so the board will not behave there as it does on your live site. Publish the page with a connected domain, then check the board on the published page.
Which Seven20 jobs appear on my Wix board?
Every job Seven20 sends that has a title, a category, a work type, at least one location, a recruiter and a closing date. Jobs marked internal appear only on your internal job board.
Where do Wix applications and registrations go?
To Seven20. Each application is sent to Seven20, and each registration creates a new candidate there. Referrals stay in Refari.
Can a placement in Seven20 send a review request?
Not automatically. Refari does not read candidate stages back from Seven20, so use Request a Testimonial in your Refari dashboard to ask a placed candidate yourself.
Does a Wix site with the board appear in Google for Jobs?
Your Seven20 jobs will not reach Google for Jobs from a Wix page. That needs a website built by Refari, with a page for every job. Refari’s feeds can still send them to Indeed and Jora.
