Does RecruitWizard have a job board integration with Refari?
Yes. RecruitWizard built it on Refari’s API. RecruitWizard sends your jobs to Refari, which advertises them on the job board on your Duda site, and Refari sends applications, registrations and referrals back.
Where do I paste the job board code in Duda?
Into an HTML widget on your careers page. Paste the whole block in one place, then preview or publish the page to check the board.
Should I back up my Duda site first?
Duda recommends a backup before you add custom code to a site, and it is a sensible step before you place the job board. Duda does not troubleshoot third-party code, so contact Refari Support if the board needs help.
Which RecruitWizard jobs appear on the board?
Each job RecruitWizard sends that has a title, a category, a work type, at least one location, a recruiter and a closing date. Jobs marked internal appear only on your internal job board.
How quickly do new jobs appear?
Refari publishes a job as soon as RecruitWizard sends it, as long as it has the required details. The timing of each send is set on the RecruitWizard side.
Do referrals go into RecruitWizard?
Yes. New referrals are sent to RecruitWizard, along with applications and registrations.
Why did a job stop updating from RecruitWizard?
If someone expired or reposted it from the Refari dashboard, Refari treats that advert as managed in Refari, and later updates from RecruitWizard no longer change it. Make your changes in RecruitWizard.
Can a placement in RecruitWizard trigger a review request?
Not automatically. Refari does not read candidate stages back from RecruitWizard, so use Request a Testimonial in your Refari dashboard to ask a placed candidate yourself.
Will a Duda job board get my jobs into Google for Jobs?
No. Google for Jobs lists jobs from their own pages, and only a website Refari builds gives each RecruitWizard job one. On Duda, the board shows your jobs, and Refari’s feeds can take them to Indeed and Jora.
